So far so good...

Gotta say that I am kinda impressed with myself!  I have been making a concerted effort to hold up my goals for 2012..and YES I am aware it is only Jan 4... but here is what I have been doing so far...

1.  Tuesday I went to Inver Hills and worked out...and not just a pansy workout... I really busted my butt... I ran and lifted weights...

2.  Since Monday we have made dinner here at home...good healthy meals...not necessarily low calorie..but enough to have leftovers the next for lunch...cutting down on yucky sandwiches etc

3.  I also started reading an ebook titled:  One Bite at a Time: 52 Projects for Making Life Simpler.  It has many useful tips and suggestions...about meal planning, eco living, just everything. 

4.  I signed up and am anxious about my Spanish class.  I hope it goes well... I am anxious trying to figure out the online classroom etc... we shall see! 

So I am impressed that I am making progress...especially since I waited til the 3rd to really get started... How are your goals fairing?

Trust me, the online classroom isn't that bad. I learned more when i was doing the online stuff, than what I learned in the actual classroom. It should be a blast! Have a good time!

Congrats on your goals.
I haven't set any beyond reading and blogging goals.
Naturally I'd like to be healthier, and I'd like to save some money for a real vacation, but time will tell.

So far I am sticking to the diet and tracking steps on the pedometer with a goal to increase everyday. So far so good.
